Katherine Radeka is the Founder and CEO of Rapid Learning Cycles BV. She is the author of four books, including The Shortest Distance Between You and Your New Product, which introduces the Rapid Learning Cycles methodology, and When Agile Gets Physical, in which she explains how agile ways of working can be successfully applied to teams developing physical products. Over the past 15 years, Katherine has helped some of the world's best-known companies, including Novo Nordisk, Philips, Atlas Copco, Whirlpool, Johnson & Johnson, Thales and Trimble, bring their best ideas to market faster.
