Data Quality Lead

Within the communication team, I am the point of contact for various IT tools, such as Odoo and event platforms. I ensure the quality of our contact database, both for the communication team and for the entire organisation. I am also one of the staff representatives on the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPBW). Thanks to my broad internal network, I help teams quickly find the right solutions.

Work experience

Before joining Sirris, then still WTCM, I worked in a concrete plant and later spent five years as a technical staff member at Ghent University, conducting research on composite materials. Over more than 30 years at Sirris, I have held a wide range of support roles. These included work in composite research, graphic design, helpdesk support, communication, and event organisation. Today, I am Data Quality Lead. I have also been a member of the Works Council and the CPBW for many years, where I represent staff interests.

Fun fact

Outside of work, I have several passions. I regularly go on trips with my partner in our camper van. Every Saturday, I rehearse with the La Geste choir. I also enjoy dance and music performances. And to top it all off, I can always be tempted by a great dinner.
