At Sirris, I focus on employee well-being, safety and health. I support teams in identifying risks and implementing preventive measures that comply with legislation and fit their work environment. I promote a proactive approach to safety by integrating it early into project design. This allows risks to be addressed from the start and ensures that testing and operations take place in a safe and controlled environment.
My goal is to strengthen the safety culture and contribute to reliable, high-quality working environments.

Work experience
I started my career as a quality, safety and environmental coordinator, a role I held for 11 years. I then became a certification auditor for ISO systems and industry standards across transport, food, feed and packaging sectors. Later, I expanded my role as a prevention advisor in a policlinic, where renovation projects required a strong focus on safety and wellbeing for both staff and patients.
